Terms and Conditions

We try to ensure that all of the information on our website is correct and up to date. However we cannot guarantee that our website is completely free from errors. If you have any questions about any of the mats or fixings on the mats, please do not hesitate to contact us.


As our mats are made to order, full payment will be taken from your account before your order can be processed. An automatic order confirmation will be sent to the email address you provide us when placing your order (please make sure the correct email address is entered).

Faulty Products

If there is a fault with the mats, please email us at sales@carmats2fit.co.uk within seven days of receiving your order. We will need to see a photograph of the problem in question. We will then dispatch replacement mats.

Returns Policy

If you have ordered the wrong item, unless it is the standard black product with black binding, damaged or faulty, regrettably we are unable to offer a refund. As our mats are generally custom made, it is unlikely we will be able to re-sell the mats.

If you have ordered the standard black product with black binding and wish to amend or upgrade your order, we can exchange, however there will be postage cost of £4.95 plus a 20% restocking fee, as this will cover any postage fees that have been paid by us (which are initially free).


As our orders are dispatched on the day of the order, unfortunately we are unable to give a refund.
